Frequently Asked Questions
What is the typical cost of your events?
It is almost impossible to give a typical cost without knowing the details of your event. Pricing depends on many factors, including:
Guest count, type of function, length of event, range of services needed, location, type of food service you would like, other services such as floral, lighting, entertainment, rental choices and so on, and of course your budget. We design each event individually, and while we are not on the inexpensive end of catering, we try to give great value for our services, but still being mindful of your budget.
Do you have a minimum guest count?
Our events typically range anywhere from 15 to 250 guests, though, occasionally we work with smaller or larger groups. One such instance would be for small, very high-end intimate family rites of passage events, celebrations, high-end corporate retreats and the like.
Every event we plan and execute comes with the closest attention to detail within the well-known current constraints of dealing in Cuba. We can hope that the restrictions will ease over time as Cuba re-enters global markets and begins anew catering to global corporate tastes and requisites.
How early should we book your services?
Many of our events are booked as much as two years in advance, although in certain instances we can rally and accommodate short-term notice. For weddings, our experience has us fully booked many months ahead, especially during the summer and fall weekends,. Faced with constraints on planning time, we are able to respond quickly and get back to our clients quickly about feasibility. Holiday parties most often pressure our most desirable venues well in advance.
